Sarah Vochaska

Sarah brings more than 13 years of experience in the veterinary profession, with a strong background in emergency/critical care and specialty medicine, hospital operations, and team leadership. Born and raised in Southern California, she built her veterinary career in the Los Angeles area after studying Pre-Veterinary Medicine at the University of Arizona. Her diverse experience in high-volume emergency and specialty hospitals has shaped her passion for exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and developing strong veterinary teams.

As Hospital Manager at Wil-O-Paw Animal Hospital, Sarah is dedicated to creating positive, efficient work environments where both team members and patients can thrive. She is passionate about helping hospitals grow through leadership, streamlined operations, and collaboration.

In addition to her veterinary career, Sarah is a local entrepreneur who owns an art studio in downtown South Haven, and helps manage her husband's restaurant and catering businesses. Her passion for leadership, creativity, and small business allows her to bring a unique perspective to every organization she’s a part of.

Outside of the hospital, Sarah enjoys building her homestead life with her husband and pets.
