Marissa grew up in Elkhart and has always found a way to work with animals. We are so happy that she landed at Wil-O-Paw! She’s currently a great vet assistant but plans on going to school to become a Licensed Veterinary Assistant. This is a result of our doctors spending a lot of time teaching the staff the science behind what we do. She loves seeing our patients grow, heal and improve so they can get back to their “sassy selves”. Her home is filled with animals: Mochi, a leopard gecko (who runs the house), 4 cats, Lennon, Baker, Bones and Winston, and an amazing, sweet, and gentle Beagle named Lucy. Marissa is our “crafty” staff member! Anything that needs reorganizing, she’s our go-to-person! At home she loves crafting and creating new things, watching movies (good and bad alike!), and playing Nintendo Switch.
